Golden Boot 2006
Ko and Cameron Tied on a remarkable 16 goals each. Ko got his 16 in around 12 games (having been out for most of the first round with an injury). Cam stepped up from Div 1 after half a season and continued to score goals at the higher level. So the result is an honourable tie.

Senior Mens Subs - 2006
Subs for 2006 are:
- $240 for senior men
- $190 for tertiary students aged 19 or under on 1 June 2007
There is a prompt payment discount for both subs of $40 if paid in full before before 15 April 2006. This reduces the full mens sub to $200 and the tertiary student sub to $150. There will be no other discounts and the prompt payment date will be strictly adhered to.
We need to have the money in early as we have to pay Mainland Soccer a deposit per team before the season starts and we also have to pay the full balance very shortly after the season starts to get a discount from them.

For 2006 we have senior teams in the following competitions

• Mainland Premier League  This is the top South Island League with games being played here and in Nelson.
• Mainland Reserves  The step up team to the Mainland side, aimed at youth players with ambition.
• Division 1  An opportunity to play against the best of the rest, comprising of the best Chinese, Japanese, Korean and New Zealand youth can offer. Very competitive football but with slightly less pressure and time committments than first or reserves.
• Division 2  The core of the top performing Riccarton team from the mid 1990's - destined to become a great masters team.
• Division 3  A group of really good NZ and overseas players, we are actively recruiting foreign language students again, Japanese players we need you! Picked the most likely team to win their grade in 2006.
• Presidents A  A competitive/semi social league, less training and more fun.
• Masters Div 2  A group of senior players, always on the lookout for new players as the current ones wear out.
• Premier Youth Div 1  The top 16 to 18 year old grade.
